• Study is delivered through digital e-books and structured content

• No regular attendance or campus dependency

• Academic rules and requirements are clearly communicated before admission

Admission Policy

• Admissions are open to working professionals and eligible aspirants

• Admission is granted after document verification and fee confirmation

• Government employees may require departmental permission / NOC, where applicable

• KSIMT follows transparent admission procedures

• Examinations follow a theory-based assessment system

• Exam schedules and instructions are shared in advance

• Evaluation is conducted as per academic guidelines

• Results are declared after proper assessment

Payment & Fee Policy

• Fees are communicated clearly before admission

• EMI and one-time payment options may be available for eligible programs

• Payments must be made only through authorised KSIMT channels

• Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, as per policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refund requests, if applicable, must be submitted in writing

• Any refund is processed strictly as per KSIMT’s internal guidelines

• Processing timelines and conditions are communicated clearly

Study Material Policy

• Study material is provided in digital format only

• All content is theoretical and subject-wise structured

• Physical books or printed materials are not mandatory

• Access is provided after admission confirmation

Accreditation & Compliance Policy

• KSIMT operates under Government of Delhi & Government of India guidelines

• KSIMT is a private institute offering distance and correspondence programs

• UGC / AICTE approval applies only to full-time campus-based colleges

• KSIMT maintains transparency regarding recognition, usage, and limitations

Overseas Student Policy

• KSIMT supports learners from UAE, Dubai, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and overseas

• Admissions, study, and support can be completed remotely

• Guidance is provided for document attestation and verification, as applicable

Privacy & Data Protection Policy

• Student information is kept confidential and secure

• Data is used only for academic, administrative, and communication purposes

• KSIMT does not misuse or sell student data
